Our products are designed to be quite durable; however it is important that you care for them appropriately. To ensure their quality and beauty lasts to be passed down for generations to come, please follow our care instructions.
Candlesticks
Never leave lit candles unattended. Use candlesticks on a stable, flat surface to avoid tipping. To avoid cracking, do not burn candles all the way down to the wood. Use glass collars provided if you would like to burn candles down, and allow them to cool after use.
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. To clean, dust with dry microfiber cloth. Soft wax may be wiped from candlesticks with a paper towel. Dried wax can be heated with a hairdryer to then be removed in the same way, or hardened wax can be gently scraped with a plastic tool such as a credit card edge.
Candles
Never leave lit candles unattended. When using outdoors, wind may cause candles to drip. Supervise children around lit candles. Store unlit candles in a dark, dry place. Burn times up to 4 hours.
Matches
All boxes have a match striker strip on the side. Strike gently; hold match stem from the middle.
Kiddush Cup
Our cups are safe for use in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. To remove red wine residue, use a simple mixture of baking soda and water to clean or allow lemon juice to sit in the cup, which will also help to retain the white shine over time.
Challah Cover
Machine washable on delicate (104° F/40° C). Recommended to line dry. Iron-friendly. Wash separately or with similar colors; do not bleach.
Glass Collars
Allow to cool after use.
